    Please make sure the package is not broken before you sign the air waybill. If any defects caused by the carrier during the transportation, pls. ask the carrier to make an announcement and take photos for proof. It is the carrier¡¯s responsibility for all these defects.
    All our products provide one year guarantee but we have to make sure the defects are not caused by the carrier. The proof should be provided while you demand the guarantee from us.
