However, should items become damaged or lost while in transit to you, we shall not be responsible or liable there for. In the event that you purchase insurance, such insurance shall be upon and subject to the terms and conditions offered by the underwriter by whom such insurance is effected; provided however that the limit of the coverage provided by such insurance shall not be more than the invoice value of the items. In the event that you purchase insurance and you are required to file a claim for any loss of or damage to your product under such insurance through us, please contact us to initiate the claim. We shall then refund the cost or replace the item, but only if and after confirmation has been received from the insurance company regarding acceptance of the claim and payment of the compensation.
Duties & Taxes
Most products are subject to the payment of import duties (e.g. in the U.S.) or other duties, and other charges including value-added tax (VAT) or other taxes. If these are applicable, they will be calculated and determined when the shipment is processed by the applicable customs agency in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand and ascertain the applicability of and your liability for any such duties or taxes for the products you purchase. Returns & refunds
To return a product, please first read the following terms and conditions then follow our returns procedure. Items Damaged in Transit If any item were damaged in transit, we ask that you report to us within 7 working days by email. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. Items Faulty on Arrival If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 10 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault since you received it/them. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. Items Faulty in Warranty Period If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. For business customers all warranty repairs after 28 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated)
